How do I create an account?

Open the app and tap "Sign Up." Enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Catholic Girl Planner, and tap "Cancel Subscription."

How do I restore my purchases?

If you've previously subscribed and need to restore your purchase (for example, on a new device), go to the Premium screen in the app and tap "Restore Purchases."

Can I use the app offline?

Yes! Your data is stored locally on your device. You can log habits, write reflections, and track your progress offline. Your data will sync when you're back online.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Your account will enter a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel the deletion. After 30 days, all your data will be permanently deleted.

How do I export my data?

Go to Profile > Settings > Export Data. You'll receive a JSON file containing all your habits, reflections, goals, and other personal data.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. Your personal reflections and journal entries are encrypted and only accessible to you. We never sell your data to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
