Scripture texts are from public domain sources or used under appropriate licenses. The Catholic prayers and devotions included are traditional texts in the public domain.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Free Trial: All new users receive a 3-month free trial with full access to all premium features. No payment is required during the trial period. After the trial ends, you may continue using basic features for free or subscribe to maintain premium access.
Subscription Plans:
- Monthly: $4.99 per month
- Yearly: $29.99 per year (save 50%)
- Founding Member (Limited): $14.99 per year – 50% off forever, limited to 250 members
Payment Terms:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The App provides spiritual resources for personal use and is not a substitute for professional religious, medical, or psychological advice. Always consult appropriate professionals for specific guidance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catholic Girl App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
